Hi, AFAIK, it is forbidden by AdSense TOS to have 2 publishers codes (ads) on same page. But what exactly happen when you do that? If I frame someone elses page, and I have my AdSense in one frame and someone elses AdSense ads in other frame what will happen?
Personally I believe both of the accounts will get a warning and if they are still together both of the accounts will get banned!
Am not sure. But let me tell you something. People who use freehosting, like freewebs.com, they do have freewebs.com adsense ads on the top. So there exists two adsense publishers ID. Freewebs.com pub ID and the freewebs user's Pub ID. I have seen this happening for years and years and I dont think of any ban here. Who agrees this here?
More then one ad is allowed on a page, and for pages/sites that allow rev_sharing, then it's WIN WIN for both parties... I'm not saying it's OK, just answering one possible "why"
Yes, sometimes it is because there may involves Adsense revenue sharing, and so more than one Adsense pub-IDs are there.
Didn't know that, when it is changed? I just read https://www.google.com/adsense/policies and really can't find that it is prohibited to have 2 publishers code on one page.

It is Ok for free hosts (I confirmed this with Google, back when we used AdSense), but I am not sure in a more conventional situation.
