TWO PORTFOLIOS FOR SALE, gTLD (Area18.com, Xoru.com) + ccTLD (Business.tc, Games.vg)

Seeking offers on the following PORTFOLIOS, a portfolio of gTLD names (com, net, org, info, biz, and us for good measure even though it's not a gTLD) These portfolios are packed with excellent names, even including some I paid $100 or more for.

PORTFOLIO 1: gTLD - 318 names

These names (mostly .com) represent a wide variety of names. Most are registrations directly resulting from my "Elite Delete" process of finding expired domains. Basically, I was able to find 80-120 domains per day that, if I had a lot of money to invest, I would register. Since I've always got most of my money already into domains, I generally only registered 1-3 domains or so, the very best names of the list. The sales I've been able to get from these names have been what's allowed me to really build my higher-end portfolio. It's now time to pass the reigns on these names and focus on selling the better names that I have, hence me selling this portfolio.

You'll find that there are some nice groups of names in here, like a bunch of 4-5 letter short brandables, gift domains, adware/spyware domains, car/auto domains, a bunch of domain related domains, etc. Some of those groups were registered by me after extensive research on terms and categories of names, what was taken and what was still available, search amounts and Google Results, etc. Basically, I heavily scrutinized nearly everything I registered, essentially replacing the money needed to really make it by in this biz with TIME, EFFORT, and EXPERTISE.

So, without further adue, here's that portfolio. I've renewed all names that would have expired in April, so all expirations are May 2007 and after.

PORTFOLIO 2: ccTLD - 47 names

This portfolio may only have 47 names, but I'll tell you right now that it packs a MAJOR PUNCH. I used to be hugely into ccTLD domains and would religiously check all the top keywords on iDotz.net, 1 by 1 a list of about 200 words, every single day for about a year. What I have left is not representative of names I was unable to get offers on, but names on which I was unable to agree to prices. I've had $x,xxx offers individually on a number of these, and have seen other extensions of some of these sell for mid to high $x,xxx, sometimes even $xx,xxx. See for yourself:

SEEKING OFFERS STARTING AT LOW $XX,XXX FOR EACH PORTFOLIO. Offer less if you want, but you'll be wasting your time and mine. No BIN set at this time, though I may set one in the future.

 

I doubt very much that anyone is going ot hand over thousands of dollars via paypal for a set of domain names. You do have some amazing domain names though and if you change your mind and split them up, i'd be willing to give your a good price for some of them.

I paid considerably more for it than that. CVCV.coms are NOT cheap anymore...if you know someone selling them for $40 even and they don't have any Ys, let me know and I'll happily buy them.

P.S. - Payment doesn't HAVE to be through PayPal. In fact, for a transaction this size, I would imagine the buyer would want to go via escrow at Escrow.com for instance.

 

Also, if you want to purchase some single names, PM me offers for them and I'll let you know. Keep in mind that some of the individual names in the ccTLD list especially won't be sold individually except for $x,xxx.

Yep, Nick-Cannon.com is junk, which is why 3 other exts are taken, Nick Cannon has almost 10,000 OVT, and he has in the past and will in the future star in widely released movies. Absolutely nothing gives that name value.

I think the hyphen kills the domain name, and I wouldn't think even a b movie star domain could overcome having a hyphen in it. Also there is no domain name value in future speculations or hype in a movie star

Additionally, I have seen many junk domains with three other premium tld's taken

Personally I wouldn't consider using that domain due to nickcannon.com already being a thriving website

 

Ecades.com has been SOLD. Still taking offers on individual names, though will make better deals for bulk offers, especially for the entire portfolios.

 

Artists.cc has been SOLD
Age17.com has gotten a few offers lately. Would like to get $300+ for it, as all ages up to 80 are taken in .com, and .net and .org are taken of Age17. If anyone's interested at that price, let me know ASAP as I'm negotiating with the other bidders too.

Feel free to make offers on any names, though bulk offers and offers for the whole portfolio(s) will get a better value.

 

TradeMyDomains.com is closing soon on Afternic, highest bid $300. Note that I also have TradeMyName.com and TradeMyNames.com, only a matter of time before the same buyer comes looking for those. I may soon be putting Age17.com on Sedo auction as I'm negotiating with a bidder on there. Minimum bid on that will likely be $100. BIN on TradeMyName.com and TradeMyNames.com together is $400. BIN on Age17.com is $300. I've already sold Ecades.com and Artists.cc as well, and just before making this portfolio post in the first place, had just started escrow on another name I was going to include in it, TriviaStars.com, which bidding ended at $200 for. Get the picture? These names are selling well, and for a lot higher than the average price I would sell the portfolio at. Still taking offers on individual names, but someone would do much better to buy one or both portfolios or at least bulks of names!
