    I think it is not against TOS if my friend can also register for an adsense account, who is living with me in the same flat, and we use the same computer, same Internet, same cookies etc... ??
    And the same Bankaccount on my name. (But account for his Websites.)
    Are there any problems?

    I think many Familys have not only one account.
    I can ask google, but maybe here in DP someone knows something about that
    or the Adsenseadvisor.

    there is no problem using two accounts with two different people on the same computer.

    Although your intentions are not entirely clear, so I would be cautious if I were you...

    Go triple-check the TOS to make sure you are not going to do anything to violate it.

    You can't have two personal accounts, so your friend can't just have a check made out to you and you cash it. Of course I don't know how banks work where you live... but google is going to cut checks to each individual, not two checks to you.

    Wait.. so bank is no problem.. but you will put adsense money together? I am very confused on what you think you are going to do.

    1) Let google adsense know
    2) Dif names, dif sites, same address... ok, but use dif. bank accounts
    3) No matter what happens:do NOT click any add.

    But the 1st is the most important.
