I have two paypal IDs linked on two CC . Yesterday while login in one of the account, it asked for the PAN which I entered. I got teh access for this account. After login to the second paypal account, it asked for the PAN again. I entered the same PAN but got the error "PAN is linked to another account". PAN card is unique and I cannot get another PAN for the second PP account. This also mean that if the PP is blocked once for any reasons, we may not be able to open another PP using another CC as PAN is linked. Neither can I remove the PAN entry from the first PP account. My funds are locked in the second PP and I just cannot access it. Any idea how do I get access to my second PP?
Funds are not locked. Just click on paypal logo in 2nd account and u can access your account from there
Same happened to me now What is the solution for this I have a Limited paypal account with PAN card attached,(dont have a credit card while creating the account) Now I received a credit card with a slight change in my second name so iam not able to verify the account with this card. So i decided to open a new account with the new CC But while creating the account it says "PAN is linked to another account".
I think you should not inform to Paypal support that you have 2 accounts. I would recommend you to just login to your 2nd Paypal account and then when it shows message to enter PAN card details just click on Paypal logo and then transfer all your funds to the 1st account. First clear up all funds and then try to play with it coz you may end up with a mistake and all your funds can be locked for upto 6 months.
