Two niche .coms for appraisal

    Hi guys,

    I've just got a hold of two .com domain names (two words each) that, in my opinion, have great niche value.

    http://www.developmentskills.com
    - Reg until August 2009

    http://www.seriouslylooking.com
    - Reg until August 2009

    I'm torn between trying to sell or building a site around them and selling that. What kind of value, as is, do you think these domain names could reach?

    Oh, maybe you can appraise this one too?

    Unfortunately, I would have to say they are all reg fee. The domain names are too long and they are not in a specific market such as "dateme" or "datingcouples" etc. your domains are vague.

    Btw, you can get your account closed down on Sedo (or any parking company) for posting direct links to your parked names. It is against their TOS.
