Basically, I purchased this forum for $2,000 a few months ago and had big plans for it. However, because of time constraints with other projects I never got around to doing anything with the forums. I've now decided I'd rather sell the website to someone who can devote more time to it.

It's an auction with reserve so feel free to make any offers but I probably won't sell unless it gets close to the BIN.

The links from www.Webmaster-Talk.com are mostly from my signature. I could agree to leave put it back in my sig for 6 months if the buyer wanted. There is also one homepage link to WebmasterAds but that will be removed.

The best deal obviously is if you buy both of them together.

 

I'm reducing the BIN on GreenEarners by $100 to $1550
