The end of FrontPage? How will we be able to weed out faux webmasters if not by the FrontPage meta tag in document headers?

Atleast they have understood that frontpage is no longer an attractive alternative for web developers. ;)

No longer??? It should have never been attractive to web developers. FrontPage was never more than a tool for amateurs and it was a poor tool at that.

Do not worry! People will still be using Frontpage 98 until at least 2198!

The issue is that frontpage extensions are being turned off on servers. So it won't work anymore.

MS spent a lot of money to acquire FrontPage back in the day, but I guess they can afford it.
