Two month old forum goes from PR 0 to 2

    It's good news and shows that at least some websites and forums are actually experiencing PR boosts because nowadays while talking to the webmasters you will notice many of the sites are losing PR.

    The last PR update that was witnessed couple of days back, has been very kind to many people with lots of sites getting very good PR up gradation! :)

    Have another forum that just got to PR1 (Adult, so can't link) and a few more PR2 pages on E, but unfortunately the main page itself didn't get PR3 yet : /

    1) Advertisers, should I choose to use them, think page rank is useful. Some require minimum PR rankings. These are sizable communities with millions of pageviews each month.
    2) PR works as a general measure of the effectiveness of my backlink strategies. I see what is effective and act accordingly.

    The same thing happened to my green site, which is awesome. My automotive site had dropped from PR4 to PR3 but luckily with the recent update it's back to normal. Yay!~

    That happens.. In the last PR update my blog, just two month old got a pr of 3 from 0
