    Hello,

    I need your advice. :)

If I own two letter domain for example xx.com and I go to my host and add subdomain for example www.sub1.xx.com and www.sub2.xx.com and so on...

How it will be recognized by Google?

Will google consider my domains www.sub1.xx.com as SUBDOMAINS or like domains?

Please let me know your thoughts and experiences.

    Thank you!

There will be no difference in Google from an SEO point of view, and google can sometimes rank subdomains higher than the domain itself, for example where a site hasa sub domian as a forumwhich is visited more frequently and where content is updated more regularly from all those post threads, then the main domain itself.

True. This "forum" example explained lot's of things to me. :) Good point of view!
I would like to hear more opinions if any. :)

I'm a bit worried because of www in front of domain name as I know that subdomains will not such as www.sub1.xx.com will not be able to be "called" like http://sub1.xx.com/

What I'm trying to say, if I will NOT be able to call domain (my subdomain) with both www or without www...

Do you think that will be a problem from SEO point of view?

    Thank you!

I have plenty of high ranking "subdomains" and I don't even call them that - they are all domains to me and Google. As far as with www and without, it does not matter as long as you pick either one and don't use both. But for subdomain, I would not use www, makes no sense. Take http://chciago.smugnet.org for example, then you will see what I am talking about. Better yet look at this one http://legacy.www.nypl.org/ , triple subdomain and doing great.

When you will search for a specific keyword in your sub domain site on Google.
    For example: Golf
And the sub domain is related to Golf and has meta keywords of "Golf, Play golf...."
Your site will show up sub1.xx.com

to see it live. Write on Google Digitalpoint forum and you'll get my point.
    I hope this helps.

subdomains are like starting over with a new site. You can get them ranked but need new content and new backlinks just like you have a new domain.

Yes, good point of view. :) Everything is like a new website. I was just worried how it would be recognized by googe. Now I've figured out - it's not important for it is it subdomain or domain. :)
