Well if you expect people to pay $25K for 2 sites you have to give loot more information IMHO.

 

I respect your opinion but try to find the same projects

- cool domains names
- professsional design and software
- popular among visitors

So lets see some traffic stats, I could give a shit less about your earnings, cool domains or professionally developed scripts, I want to see stats.

 

Stats dont matter for a domain you're selling for $25k unless you generate at least $1.5k/month

 

do the old Domains come with it? and what are the revenue stats that warrant 25k? you keep dodging the bullet so im guessing it brings in like 2$ a day or something?

Nowadays profit for these projects are $500 a month
But we are not going to calculate the price with using that number

We as programmers developed very good product but we don't now how to earm money on it.
That's the reasan we are looking for investors (buyer) who will run it.

 

I personally think these are very good sites with a lot of potential.

If the statistics in the footer are correct, so far today they've received a total of over 75,000 uniques (30,758 + 35,824). He says profit is $500 a month but this could significantly be improved with some optimization of the AdSense ads, and addition of CPM ads (which I didn't see anywhere) as well as maybe something like Kontera.

For example if I had this site I would add a blended AdSense full banner at the top of each category, above listing #1 as this would really increase revenue.

That said, ystoredesign, I really do think you need to provide a LOT more information - especially because you are a relatively new member here with no past transaction records.

The information you provide should include (as a bare minimum):

• Traffic stats with daily uniques for the past 3 months
• Referral sources - where is the traffic actually coming from? The sites in the topsites list or is there some traffic from SEs too? The buyer needs to be confident that the traffic is sustainable.
• Proof of revenue for the last 3 months (From AdSense, professional listings, etc..)

You are selling 2 big sites and are asking for a lot in return. If you are serious about selling these sites you should provide the members with more information as this will be a VERY larger investment for them. How can any serious buyer effectively analyze if they are willing to buy these sites or not if you provide so little information?

I am only trying to help so I hope you don't take these comments badly. I do like your sites and would have been very interested if I had the budget! Shame...
