Feedback Two infractions

    I have received two infractions and I don't know how to get in touch with the mod or admin who ever gave me those infractions...

    The problem is that Ive been a member here for almost 4 years and I know the rules here.

    The two infractions I have recieved are both saying that the auction was over and I bid after that.

    Well I bid for the whole themes and not for one link so I guess that is allowed even when the bidding is done regardless of everything going for bin.

    I am talking about template links auction.


    It would be nice if you could reverse these infractions or explain to me what justifies them.

    You are better using the PM system my friend.

    Infractions are never overturned and if you dispute an infraction, it is likely you will receive another one.

    I wouldn't have thought the second one was fair if the first one hadn't been referenced here. The last three posts in the second thread give the impression that there's still a fourth whatchamacallit available.

    There's no excuse for that first one though, someone obviously doesn't pay attention to what's going on in a thread and should consider these infractions reminders to pay better attention to what's happening in threads. :)

    How do we explain this:

    The second thread where I bid $38 for the whole theme is available to me... I have received PM from the thread starter asking me to pay up...

    Now both the infractions were given by the same mod as far as I can understand and being a big board owner myself I know thats not the way to do it... I didint mean to waste your time but it still doesn't make sense to me.

    I cannot honor by bid for that theme as I would rather have a post in the thread so every one know that there is a deal that took place so in case of a dispute it at least makes sure the other party is not able to use the same ID on this board to do any more business if they indulge in unfair trade practices....


    I am not happy with the fact that the infractions still are there and if I post in those threads again I would most probably get banned..... and the thread starter is asking me to pay up for the theme...
