    DecoTribe.com
    Deco Tribe is a fansite for an MMORPG called Deco Online (Official site: http://deco.p2ppl.net/). This site was once getting 300-400 uniques when it was established. I neglected the site due to other projects and traffic went down to 30-50 uniques per day (Mostly US traffic). I haven't tried putting up Adsense. The next owner can put Adsense or other banner ads up for some income.

    The forums has over 300 posts and 50+ members right now.

    The second site Pi Village is also a fansite for a game called Pi Story (Official site: http://pistory.gamengame.com). Right now the traffic is very unstable due to the game being closed. The first phase of Closed Beta ended last September 5. Once Open Beta of the game is announced in the official site, traffic is expected to go up once again. The forum also has 150+ posts and 50+ registered members. Also needs a bit of promotion to kick it off.
