Two GA account

    Hi I am wondering if anyone else have run into this problem.

    I have one GA account on the main domain and it captures data. www.domain.com

    While a 2nd different GA account on the sub domain shows no data. subdomain.domain.com

    Does GA recognize that it is still only one top level domain and shuts down the data collection on the 2nd GA account sitting on the sub domain?
