I purchased script + domains a while ago ago and have not been able to do
anything with them (don't have the technical skills)

The right owner can use this launch their own free forum host websites.

The script allows adsense forced ads, and allows creation of unlimited forums to be hosted under one phpbb install.

The two domain names: atleast $18

Has the Sebflipper got a valid licience, ie access to the members section on the Sebflipper forum/website?

Yes, it does. The sebflipper license is registered to forumswebhost.com
You can logon to the members section and download the script or perform
autoinstall.
