The emergent of bloggers and their power is yesteryear's news. But the question is, if you can build a good strong business, should you show a corporate face with tons of manpower behind it? Or, should you show a individual face with custom tailored solutions? I'm beginning to believe that showing the small individual business person field is establishing ground well as you continue to see small business pop and succeed. I've been thinking about marketing my real estate business, but haven't decided if I want to project a big business feel or individual business fell. Thoughts?
It really depends on how you conduct your real estate business If you project yourself as an individual you can emphasize your ability to work one-on-one with your clients making sure that all of their needs are met. The individualistic approach can be used as a selling point for your business, you can tell your clients that you are 100% focused on them, and you don't have the distractions that a big corporation would have. With the big business feel you can take the "expert" approach. You can emphasize how you have succesfully dealt with many clients and have established a long term relationship in the real estate world. With this apporach you can eliminate the risks of a small business. Small businesses are risky, they aren't long term, and they aren't as advanced as a big corporation. I'm not too familar with the real estate market (even though I have take a few real estate classes in school), but this is something you need to decide because you work in this industry and I don't know how your business would work best. If all else fails maybe you can devise a plan to try both methods. Experiment and see what works best and go with the winning choice. Good question! and good luck with your real estate business.
depends on the business its always good to look powerful and that you are well experienced but also great if you can seem very friendly and seem closer to the middle class with a small business attitude I'd say try to do both!
le dangles, good point, i appreciate your thoughts. i think i might take the individual perspective more so and also emphasize the team building aspect.
The individual feel is generally nice. It is generally well received by people that are either Entrepreneurs themselves or would like to be one day.
