Two Domains on Same IP Block

    I have two sites (domains), hosted on different IPs (all US). If I move one site in other IP block, both hosting IPs will be same. Will it affect the rankings ? Both sites have completely different contents, different visitor targeting ....

    Different content and different target visitor, so I believe different serp keywords ? If so, no problem.

    I believe what Google doesnt want is, 2 sites targetting same keywords, as they do not want you to dominate the serp for a specific keywords. Same ip for two urls targetting same keyword is what google are after, adn they will give a penalty to one of the site.
