Hi Ryan, You may be getting Google results mixed up with actual searches. Google Keywords shows 1,300 searches for the exact term "5 speed manual transmission". They don't show any searches for "5 speed manual". As far as "coupe utility", Keywords shows only 36 domestic searches done last month, with a PPC of $0.05. Both terms have low search and low or non-existant PPC. So I'd appraise both at reg fee or less.
I ll say reg fee for both as they are undeveloped. Develop it. It has good searches i think as u mentioned.. I would appraise at reg fee for both.
