Two different domains for same webaite.

    Hi

    I am having tow different domains with same content, does it will affect SEO? Is so what can i do to solve the issues? How to set up 301 and 302 redirects? Kindly help me in this issue, because my website is having good links, but my keywords are not performing well in search engines. Kindly help me. Looking for replies. Thanks

    To the questions, here are the answers:
    1. having tow different domains with same content - Yes, surely it affects your website. Search Engine's treats them as Duplicate content. Three Solutions for this:
    a. Redirect either of the one
    b. use rel=canonical tag
    c. Write unique content for each website

    2. Set Up 301 and 302 Redirects? - 301 is a permanent redirection while 302 is temporary redirection. To do this, you can google it to find the best tutorials.

    It makes no sense to have two websites with the same content. I suggest you choose the one with the higher rank and then get rid of the other one.
