two different blog's latest post at home page

    i have installed two different wp blogs in two different directories of my site

    e.g
    at
    it-pk.com/sms
    and
    it-pk.com/seo

    i want that the latest post of these two blogs shown automatically at my home page,
    is there any such content manager??
