Two Credit/Finance Sites for sale! (2.5 and 1.5 years old)

I've decided to sell my two credit/finance websites off as a package. These sites have age and lots of original and exclusive content. Here are the details.


Credit Liberty

This site is about 2.5 years old. It's a PR 3 in Google. I have Ad Sense on there and it makes about $25-30 monthly. I don't give this site even 1 minute of my time as I'm too busy, so it makes this on its own. In the past, I have used credit/finance affiliate programs and made some money. All traffic is coming from SEs pretty much.

Here's the line from September Ad Sense:

Important Stuff:

This site has tons of original content. I know it's original, because I wrote it years ago. There are 151 pages of it indexed in Google (according to my quick check). My Webalizer stats says that Credit Liberty is receiving about 80 visitors per day (161 pages, so 2 per visit).

I've also made some money selling a credit e-book through this site. This particular book was professionally written/edited. I won't mention income made, but I wanted to show you another revenue option. I'm sure there are other e-books out there to sell on the site.

As you will see, this website is being grossly underused and has tons of immediate potential.

Credit Revived

This site is PR 2 in Google. It's 1.5 years old. It was originally made for the credit e-book that I mentioned above, which is entitled Credit Revived. However, I recently set up wordpress on the site and added 10 original articles. As a result, the new articles are still in the process of being indexed.

There isn't too much of anything going on at this site right now. It can be used to sell links, sell off or whatever. The added content and new format will help once indexed in Google. I don't have stats for this site handy, so I'm not including them. Assume 0 or whatever you want.

Reason for selling: I maintain many websites and I'm trimming off sites that are not within a couple of sectors we mainly operate in. I'm also taking proceeds and spending them on a new project to help boost it upward further and faster.

Price Basis: Here's the bottom line. The revenue is $25-30 monthly for Ad Sense. The content of both sites is original AND exclusive. The price only reflects a fraction of what I would charge to create the content. I've also including a very minor bump for age and PR. That's it. I didn't price this based on potential. Anyone in this industry knows of all the money sitting around.

The price/bin is for both sites. The income is for Credit Liberty. Credit Revived has no income for the purposes of this sale.

I just showed the last month since it's most relevant. However, here's some more data:

July 10 - October 10: $71.04 ($23.68 monthly)

Let me know if you want any more information. I don't advertise. As to revenue programs, I've made money elsewhere with the site, but I'm no longer part of the program, so I can't produce screens. I've also sold the ebook, but since that's not included in the sale (it's my book), I didn't mention revenue.
