Does having two checking accounts effect your credit score at all? I'd like to open up one for personal and one for business so I can keep the two separate...any ideas on this matter?

    Oh ok cool, thanks.

After writing the post, I also thought about since I'll have an LLC, I'll create accounts under that. Thanks though

The only thing that generally affects your credit score is whether you pay your bills or not.

Not at all - however having multiple accounts for yourself (as in just in one name, such as you personally or your business) with low balances is a bad thing.

Why specifically is it a "bad thing" though? what's the reasoning behind that?
