I'll take your word for it. I thought I've seen other people in the past with lots of red that still had a signature. I just always assumed that Shawn changed the settings and people could have a signature regardless of rep. is my final answer.
I think it's a manual removal. Like if you're an idiot in red you can still have a sig. But if you're a jerk in red, you can't!
