I have a client I'm working for right now that has two aged domains for their business. Basically, they started using one domain, then decided to change to a different domain about year later. So, they did a 301 from the first one to the second one. Fast forward about 6 years, and now both domains have aged quite a bit. Now I'm wondering if I'm just wasting some possible authority by using a 301 on one of them. I'm thinking about taking the first domain and building on it for them, just to give them another avenue for lead generation. What do you think?
