    If you use different name and address should be no problem.

    This is not true.

    They use cookies, Credit Card info, your IP, GeoTargeting Info and other advanced techniques for tracking the same owner of 2 or more accounts.

    Regarding the 2 accounts if you do not promote similar business and same keywords and both are under the same account manager you will not be in trouble.

    As long as you do not bid on the same keywords with each account you should be fine.

    I have a different adwords accounts for each of my clients, all use our company credit card information, I just make sure not to have competing clients :)

    This is not a problem: I promote 6 competing customers from the same business that I am specialist under the same keywords, the same credit card company.

    But AdWords knows that I am a professional due I promote other customers too

    not totally true;

    One of my customers have been banned from adWords using different information for several accounts and 2 different creditcards.

    They got him by IP, cookies and Geotarget technology;

    Just be sure to manage all accounts at the same customer central and do not promote the same company using 2 different accounts.
