    You just have to realize appraisals don't convert to immediate sales. Selling a domain could take time.

    I agree with jesus.. pornmags.info is good. As for the other domain, i dont think it has any value, and if it does ,it wouldnt be much higher than reg fee.

    Why: Because Porn Market isn't such a great niche, but probably can get good money. Also it is .info.
    Development Idea: Develop this domain name into a website that sells sexual products, maybe other services as well? But yes, this website can work good, just make it running into an online porn shopping portal.
    Selling advice: You are not going to get good value right now, make a website, an online shopping portal, get the website going, spread some word around and then you can get fine cash. You can try selling the domain on eBay as people look out for domains such as these there, Sedo isn't a bad choice either, and of course you can sell at these webmaster forums.

    Pornmags.info

    Domain Value: Mid $xx to High $xx
    Why: Porn Magazines is a good niche.
    Development Idea: Make this domain name into a website that allows people to buy Porn Magazines online. You can earn well, also get some information on those porn magazines and publish it on your website, I suggest going to Wikipedia to learn about magazines as it contains good information, although don't copy paste right away, its pretty much overdone, use wiki to get an idea.
    Selling advice: Same as for Pornmarket.
