I seen and heard that you can have two ad words account,so i did, then i heard if you have two account you can't have both on same credit card.
I tried to change it to two different credit cards, to my surprise once i change one,the other one automatically changes, that means both accounts are somehow are connected(Google knows that i have two accounts) together.

Please help me to understand and do you think i should close one account?
    thank you

Yes, you can't have two adwords accounts linked to single credit card. But there are few other ways Google finds if you are circumventing that rule. Well, it may use combination of your name & date of birth, your address, your websites (if you use analytics for your websites), your IP address and most importantly the strange cookies that they use to track you.

I guess you shouldn't mess up with them if your sites depend on paid traffic. else you'll be banned for life!

I tried two credit cards for two ad words but didn't work, every time i change the credit card to one account then automatically changes the other account to same card,Google does not allow me to have two credit cards on two account.

You cannot have two adwords accounts, that's against their TOS. But you can have same CC on two different accounts accounts. I have once let my friend pay his adwords bill with my CC, the same I was using for my account at that time.

While the TOS says you can't have more than one account, they will allow it. And using the same CC (if I recall, they will allow up to five accounts under the same CC, but my memory may be flawed so don't quote me).

The only stipulation is that you cannot use your accounts to try and double-serve ads. You should not try to trigger ads for two different sites on the same keywords. This will get you banned. It's OK if they show in different geographical areas (say a realtor selling in Chicago and Boston). However, for most advertisers, this can be accomplished within the limits of one account.
