    Yes you can have 2 Paypal accounts with same name but one should be personal and another one should be premier/business. Thanks,

    it is my advise that keep only one account with one name.....

    never do any transaction with two names...

    You can only use one unique bank account on one PayPal account.

    One bank a/c can only be used on one id.

    You can have one personal and one business/personal paypal ids with different bank accounts.

    You are not allowed to do.
    As per paypal rule, you are allowed to add 1 unique bank account to 1 account only but with same account holder name.

    You are allowed to have two paypal account on one name but different back account. As someone said above one account should be personal and the other premier/business.
