Selling Two (2) websites for sale

Hello, I would like to sell 2 WordPress based websites. #1 is based on fishing and #2 on school closings. The reason I am selling them is because I would like to start other projects. They both have keyword rich domain name, both are SEO optimized, both are getting few uniques each day. With proper SEO and some quality content those two websites have very big potential. They rank for at least 2 (each) keywords on Google. There is pretty low competition and with proper SEO you could be getting tons of traffic. #1 website is ranking #6 on Google and it has very few backlinks (imagine rankings with better off page optimization). That's because very good on page optimization and proper choice of keywords.

The keywords also have pretty nice CPC, so if you are going to monetize websites with AdSense you will get your investment back in no time.

What all you get when purchasing:
- Domain name (both are hosted at GoDaddy);
- Complete website (WordPress theme, all files, all content, all graphics, etc.);
- 1 week support (if you have any questions regarding those 2 websites once you get them);
