Hello, I'm new Twitter, just opened my account today. Is there anyone who can help me so i can navigate my way through.

For example: if you go on a Tweet and press on expand and press of favourite. What does that do? is it the equivalent to say like on faceb

 

Can you only tweet on someone that follows you

 

Hello, Favorite is an equivalent of Like on Facebook. You can tweet to anyone (by using their @handle). They will be able to read your tweet on the Connect page.
