    you can just post your offers to twitter as usual, but u need targeted traffic if you want to make a sale.... if your twitter followers are not targeted, its difficult to make a sale, I strongly believe that for CPA offers SEO is the best... because from search engines, you get targeted traffic. find a low competitive niche and do on site SEO for your keywords, then you will get good sales.. its far more better than twitter.
    If you just need twitter, u need targeted followers,
