I am developing an website with basic HTML, PHP and MySQL, not using any CMS like Wordpress or Joomla. So I wont be able to use any ready-made plugin for a twitter widget which will show latest tweets as well as a follow button. I checked the developers section of Twitter but found it difficult to understand as I am not an expert in coding. Is it possible to get a prepared twitter widget like Facebook Like Box or I have to go through all the coding details given in Twitter developers section. I am talking about an widget like the one below. It would be really helpful if you could come up with something quickly. I have already set Facebook Like Box in my website. Will a twitter widget conflict with the facebook script?
