[this is my first post on this forum, I hope it is on an appropriate topic] I am a long-time RSS end user and believe it is incredibly valuable tool. I have just started using Twitter and am finding it to be very hard to manage when compared to RSS. For example, if I follow a news website on twitter, the tweets I get are just regurgitation of what I would get anyway from RSS, only without the organizational aspects (I am a heavy user of folders in RSS). Also, Twitter (and downloadable Twitter interfaces) seems to operate on the assumption that user is ok with constant interruptions, and assumes that whatever is being tweeted is important enough to drop everything and click on the link as soon as its posted. I know I am looking at this in the wrong way and would appreciate some feedback from people who have succesfully (and efficiently) used twitter either as a supplement to RSS or (if it's really true) as a replacement. Thank you so much for any insight!
