Twitter vs FaceBook

Twitter and Facebook are different markets, for now Facebook has far more utility than Twitter does. Not only do more people use FB, but they use it for an hour a day rather than 1-2 minutes a day.

I am pushing for Twitter though just because it is so easy to make money from.

 

I'm enjoying my self with FB rather than Twitter, as mention by Gallito a lot of people spend their time with FB compare to twitter.

facebook is best social community.....if u ckeck alexa ranking than facebook is no. 4 website..while twitter is 21.

 

I like that twitter is fast and instant.

I wake up and say. "I want 1000 visitors to my site" Tweet in all my accounts and BOOOM.

Another couple of $$$.

And it's also easy to implement.

 

I got lot of projects from facebook private groups and my clients can see the progress in twitter

 

Twitter is full of garbage while facebook is clean and very professional. Facebook is in top 5 while twitter is in top 20.

 

Facebook has some social meaning while twitter I think is nothing but spam. In twitter I reaily don't know any of my followers while in facebook I known most of my friends...

I don't like twitter. There are too many messages. Just refresh site and last message you have seen before is on 3rd page.
Both networks are really different. It can't compete.

 

Totally different Ideas, one will get boring after a year or so the other will live on...

 

Facebook is more of a place to get to know people personally, keep in touch with people. Sort of like a phone.

Twitter is more like an instant messenger, it's the free flow of ideas and intellectual discussions. I see in the near future a bright view for twitter. But some improvements are needed.

What twitter needs is some sort of filtering system or promotion system that will push important twitterers or rather quality twitterers (like myself) to the top.

 

Both sucks, but I guess Facebook is better. In my country everybody is on 'Hyves'.

****** However.. Twitter.com Is on many new movies and tv commercials. Unlike facebook! Never once heard that before.. Oh I know why.
They dont have that copyright. Plus Newscorp who owns HollyWood and MySpace they get to promote.
Twitter Is being promoted by the US Goverment. which is just a lucky thing..

They will all be out one day.
