Twitter username - change letter case?

    Hi there. :)

    I'm hoping someone can help me with a bit of trivial subject.

    Something has been bugging me ever since I created my Twitter account. My username is Everway9 with a capital E. But I'd prefer it to be with a lowercase e. Yeah, trivial for everyone else... but important to me. :)

    I've tried changing today it in my account settings but it won't let me. It says "Username has already been taken" which is fair enough because I'm not actually changing my username but rather just the first letter from capital to lowercase.

    If anyone can help me out I'd be very grateful.

    The lowercase and uppercase of a username on twitter doesn't matter at all.
    For example: "twitter.com/MyName" and "twitter.com/myname" both works in the same manner and lead to same profile.

    It does matter if you're tagging someone. If you do not have the upper and lower case correct the person will not get notifications but their tag will still link to their profile.
