You have a small number of followers. Small number of followers are small traffic to your site.

If you post things using the "Trending Topics", that are related to that topic, you should receive followers. I have 12882 tweets, with 688 followers, without paying anything.

 

Post Quality Content, Follow people in your niche, etc. so much stuff to do check the URL in my signature good information

 

Try to follow people as much as you can and make sure that the followers should be relevant.

first, find an internet marketer on twitter with a lot of followers. I used Mike Dillard.

Then, send follow requests to AS MANY of those people as you can. If you can get to 1,000 you'll be in a pretty good boat.

Generally, you'll get between a 60 - 80 percent re-follow rate. That'll get you 600 - 800 followers. From there, start looking for viral twitter programs that put you on lists so that other people looking to increase followers will be able to add you.

That's gotten me around 1,200 followers.
