I have been trying how to automatically post my twitter tweets to facebook or wordpress post title to facebook which ever one. Does anyone know of anyway to do this. I have tried searching but havent been successful.
From Twitter to a Facebook Community page, I use TweetDeck. It is very convenient. Tweetdeck also allows me to update my Facebook status, or even post on multiple pages of my choosing. I have not found anything that posts directly from Wordpress to a Facebook page. You might be able to put it in your status update, but cannot choose a specific page.
Well on facebook you can add twitter application. By the help of this application your tweets will automatically update on Facebook.
