Twitter Timeline RSS Feed

    Seems twitter has discontinued rss feeds. How can I obtain an rss feed from twitter timeline of people?

    I have tried twitter-rss.com ... but it is down or at least flaky. Is there any other websites that attempt to convert twitter timelines to rss feeds? Or website scripts?

    I use http://feed43.com/ for websites without RSS feeds, it should work with twitter.com as well.
