Well, I'm bummed. I had a highly ranked Twitter page with a lot of devoted Twitter followers and they suspended me. Seriously, I had people following me every day and probably 3/4 of my traffic from Twitter, but they canned me. What I don't get is that I provided good content. Oh well... Anyway, I already put in my request to get un-suspended, but I would appreciate any tips and advice on this subject. I'm not a spammer, so how do I move the powers to be? Anybody else had any luck?
When you play in someone else's sandbox they get to make the rules and they get to decide what is and is not spam. None of the services care for affiliate marketers and view them as competition so you really have to think about how you steer your traffic. Twitter wants everyone to be Aston Kutcher.
