    Hi guys,

I've got a weird issue. My account got suspended yesterday and I tried everything to get it back working again.

I went to the form url on the support.twitter website /forms/general?subtopic=suspended*

and filled in everything including the e-mail address I use for the twitter account. After hitting submit I should get an e-mail from twitter (according to other posts here) regarding the suspension and that I need to reply. I waited for like an hour and I did not get any mail so I tried to fill in the form again.

Yet again no e-mail back from twitter. I tried this 3 or 4 times until I said what if there's something wrong with my e-mail address. So I filled in the form again but instead I used my spam/newsletter e-mail address and after I hit submit I received an e-mail from twitter... YEAH!!! ...

    But... ... wait??

    Hello,
If you're writing in about *********** being suspended, this account is not currently suspended; please review any previous communications from Twitter for clarification about what the reason for the suspension may have been.
If you are writing in about an account other than *********** being suspended, please refile the ticket from the suspended account.
If you are writing in about an issue other than your account being suspended -- including if you believe your account to have been deactivated or compromised -- please refile a ticket via the appropriate form; you'll find the forms at support twitter com forms*
    Thanks,
    Twitter Support

So I reply back mentioning that this account really is suspended. Yes it is suspended I tried 3 different computers, 2 laptops, all different browser, tried my Samsung Galaxy S3 and my iPad Mini... (hmm... sounds like I'm a little spoiled) and every one of them shows that my account has been suspended.

After replying I get the following e-mail:

You tried to update a request that has been closed. Please submit a new request at support twitter com forms*. You can also visit our help center at support twitter com* for self-help solutions to common problems. Thanks!

Don't know what to do now :-|

Anyone else had this kind of things happened?

*needed to delete links because forum doesn't accept them... yet...

Reply the email again and wait for the support team to clarify again. Normally it will take about 2 working days for them to reply.
