Twitter Software?

    So I knew that the Twitter software to add people by just searching for your required niche was great! Now it seems that all of these people with this software have gotten to were you cant do this because of Twitters TOS. So my questions are is anyone else kind of angry with this and is there any diffrent software out that will let me add people like this again?

    ya I know exactly how you feel I cant find any...a free one would be nice but I'm also willing to pay for one too.
