I have heard a rumor that there is a Twitter slap. The rumors is this: When you’re following 2,000 people, a certain number of people should follow you back. Otherwise, you can’t follow more Twitter users. Do you know if this is true? - jens -
Yes, this is pretty much true. However, if you are going twitter for business purposes, then it is worth it. I get 20-30 new tweets per day. B.
There is a limit to how many Twitter friends you can add just as there is with any social network. Fly under the radar and you should be fine Check my sig for a new tool!!
I'd be interested to see any blog posts from people who have encountered this problem. Rumours spread far too quickly.
After that mark, you can follow up to 10% of your followers...after that you need more followers to follow more..
Yeah I hite the 2000 limit within a day when i first started, not the smartest idea. After that point it is dependant on the number of followers you have.
Hmm, I didn't know that such a rule exist. I'd have to get active again to get a lot of people follow me and in the same manner for me to follow them. I haven't been maximising twitter. Maybe I should spend more time twittering I guess.
Ya i think the number was 1850 or something like that. It is for those that the only reason for following is to get followers. Anyway if anyone needs to get rid of the people they are following who don't follow back you can use this tool> http://huitter.com/ and for people trying to gain more followers you can use this viral system> http://ViralFollowers.com/makemoneyfree21/vu
