    currently averaging 20 - 25 unique visitors per day

    fairly new site, no promotion yet, assume no income

    facebook fanpage can be transferred to buyer

    mailing list has had some signups and I can transfer that to buyer as well, I think (I believe aweber has an export feature? I need to look into that)

    reason for selling: too many projects on my plate right now

    selling for $350 as is
