I'm new to SEO, working for a social media marketer. Which is better - tweeting a keyword loaded update that gets no clicks -or- tweeting a suggestive update without keywords that gets clicks?

For instance: "Is Your Social Media Plan Too Much To Keep Up With?" vs "Too Much To Keep Up With?" The former got zero clicks; the latter got 10 clicks. I know a click is not the end all measurement but it is a potential client, right?

You can make attractive title and use keyword in it. For example: "When Should You Call a Data Recovery Service Expert?" Hope it will helpful for you.

I don't like twitter because its character length is too short.
