Twitter Page PR4 Worth Anything?

i have a twitter page which i just noticed is PR4, am i a twitter authority page now? is it worth anything?

I assume not, since everything on twitter is no follow.

On the other hand it could be used for an effective tweet campaign redirecting traffic.

What do you think?

 

I think nope. Because get high PR in twitter personal page is quite easy. And all backlink from twitter is un-follow.

 

Doubt it. Would be nice though.

 

Having a high PR profile page on twitter is not that hard and the fact that the links from it are no-follow, I don't think it will give any benefits on your site when it comes to SEO. Well, on the other side, in traffic, twitter is really powerful, especially if you know how to use this microblogging tool properly.

No use in terms of SEO. I am using twitter for traffic only. In my experience traffic from twitter is not a quality traffic compared to Search Engine based traffic to my sites.

 

i think twitter is overrated - it is not worth the time you have to invest in it. it doesn't get you any quality traffic

 

If you look at it in terms of link-juice - it's not that valuable to Google (still followed by other SE's).

But - there must be a reason the page is PR4 - which means it could well be valuable in a simple, old fashioned, advertising to 'real' users sense. In other words - it might drive traffic & create buzz.

SEO does not consider NO-FOLLOW links.But in terms of trafficking it may help you.

 

Actually I can not understand what you say? How it help in terms of traffic. As far as I know that for getting traffic from twitter you have to lots of follower.

 

Having PR4 for profile page in Twitter was the common one and many having that - instead of looking at PR, promote your site by using twitter..

One of my blog site - I am gaining good number of traffic buy twitter only, so keep adding fresh blogs and promote it through Twitter ..

I noticed that my twitter account had pr 4 after I created it. Now it's pr 2, this is the real page rank
