    Hi
    I'm looking for an online tool that notify me via email when someone ask me a question on twitter ..

    My twitter is @toon_c ; I have too many followers so it's becoming difficult to reply to everyone ..

    I need a tool notifying me when someone write "@toon_c Tweet Text"

    You meant to say when someone mention you?
    Here is what www.socialoomph.com offers:

    Seems like it sends email, when someone mentions you, (upon set up to do so).
    By the way, lots of more featues. Scheduled tweets, auto follow / unfollow, auto welcome message.

    Just discovered it yesterday (someone on DP adviced me in other topic about twitter).
    Now discovering all features in action :)

    As i understand socialoomph.com was tweetlater.com in the past (though it stll says nothing to me :) )
