I wrote a program for companies/people with product to market on twitter

my current problem is making people aware of it
i have been around with it for nearly 3 years
but consistant converting traffic is the problem
i am looking to get a team
2- designers
1 - ppc marketer
1 - small business owner

to grant free access to in exchange for feedback and ideas

Im a designer/developer, but i cant understand properly what exactly do you want your team to do???

 

i'm a programmer so the site has 3 fundamental flaws
1. i need help with idea for a new UI for the backend that users use. For example it isn't intuative it is very rigid. It needs to be for the everman as far maybe a wizard versions for task and a standard etc. i need guidance to that.
2. same with the site design it is a crappy non seo/properly formatted site i am going to move to a custom html so guidance would be great there as well
3.i suck at marketing it

If you are looking for contractors you should check outsourcing sites like odesk.com. There, you will get a team or individuals to work with.

 

not looking for people to do "work" looking for people to "advise" who are good at what they do
