    Twitter is surely helpful, but in the beginning I suggest to add followers manually and after 1k, use a software like hummingbird to do it.... Just be active and chat personally over there with people

    Auto friend adder - twitterautofollower , its a desktop version. Cost 9$ . I think it will be useful for you. It can massively follow people within minutes !

    eye on eye is best method, you follow them they will follow you, after few days unfollow them you are not following you :D

    As long as you work within the limits of Twitter you won't get banned with these programs. Only follow 2-300 people a day or so, and watch what you post.
