Twitter links showing up in google...

    Whenever I post links in twitter, I spell them out by hand ad do not use the URL shorteners. Interestingly, when I Google my website name, these links are showing up in the results. So, apparently they are getting indexed. Not sure if they are worth anything. Comments?

    If you are posting comments frequently in twitter Google will index it fast

    Twitter always helps..
    I found that some of the tweets come pretty high on SERP for the Title Keyword.

    Yes, I can't agree with you anymore. Twitter must be helpful although all links there are "NoFollow".
    These tweets are useful to help your webpages indexed by Google quickly.

    Twitter links could help even a nofollow attached, because every new tweets will be displayed on Twitter homepage actually. Even a short period but it's enough to got them being counted. :)

    Right, it would definitely be helpful for SEO purpose just like your put your links on social bookmarking sites. :) And, such backlinks would be put up by all search engines most promptly because Twitter has a PR of 9!:)
