    Good day,

anybode know exact limits of the day on Twitter, if I do not want to be banned.

I find that, I will be banned if I have sudden increase of followers in a short period. So maybe you can tell me what can be optimal number of followers I can add per day, if I would like not to be banned or smth.

Also, how many followers I can disfollow per day?

Twitter restricts the number of actions per account to 100 per hour, and 2000 per day. You can request to become a white-listed account, which allows something like 20 thousand actions per hour. I do not think this applies to the amount of followers you are receiving, but only to actions you are doing (tweets, follows, messages, etc)

    disfollow?

you can unfollow all your users at anytime you wish

Twitter puts a cap on how many you can follow compared to how many follow you
the most common limit is the 2,000 mark as far as the number you can follow.

    * The first restriction is the 2,000 following limit. This is the number of people you can initially follow. There isn’t any restriction on the number of people who follow you, only on who you can follow. This limit is in place to stop people from trying to spam and follow everyone they come across in Twitterland.

    * The second restriction is that you can’t make more than 1,000 total updates per day, on any and all devices (web, mobile web, phone, API, etc. ) This means you can only follow, Tweet, add photos or video, etc. 1,000 times in 24 hours. After that, Twitter will shut you down for 24 hours. If you persist, your account can be deleted permanently.

    * The third restriction is that you can send only 250 total direct messages per day, on any and all devices. That’s a lot of chatting, so be happy. As before, if you go over that amount, you will be shut down.

    * The fourth restriction is that you can only make 150 API requests per hour. So only follow and Tweet a total of 150 times in an hour or Twitter will shut you down for an hour. Then you can follow and Tweet again. I’ve found that the amount you go over the 150 decides just how long you will be shut down. For example: If you have a automated way of adding followers and accidentally forget it and add 500, you get shut down for 24 hours. So keep an careful eye on your actions.

Twitter tends to go from actual followers/following to ratio when you hit the 2000 mark. All of a sudden you need to stick to the ratio which is 1 following to every 1.1 follower. There are rate limits that are for each hour of the day and are reset at the start of the hour.
