    when i going to accept them. Twitter show this massage

    Twitter is over capacity.

    What i have to do.

    I have read that around 5 million is using twitter which causes it to overload so some people are using 3rd party apps so they wont be bothered by this overload capacity.. Or try waiting for few minutes before trying again .
